The collection of scientific articles “Problems of Civil Law and the Process” is included in the List of Scientific Publications by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus for the publication of the results of dissertation research in legal sciences. Indexing: included in the scientometric base «Russian Science Citation Index”. The purpose of this collection is to provide a comprehensive study of the scientific community, educational institutions, law enforcement and judicial authorities on the results of studies of the most pressing problems of modern civil and business law, civil and business processes, family and housing law. The scope of scientific research for publication also includes such relevant areas as: problems of intellectual property law; application of information technology in legal proceedings (e-justice); the status and characteristics of the university’s business type; creating an institutional environment for the development of the digital economy; public-private partnership issues; alternative methods of resolving civil cases and economic disputes (mediation and other conciliation procedures); bankruptcy of business entities; notary and notarial activities; advocacy and advocacy; legal regulation of tourism activities; civil-law methods of protecting historical and cultural heritage and the environment.
